Lectures
Public lectures are held at the Institute about once a month. Finnish or Italian researchers on themes relevant to the Institute are invited to speak about their work. The events are mainly in Italian.
Since 2000, the Institute has held a series of lectures named after its founder, Amos Anderson (1878–1961). Each year, a successful Finnish or international researcher in one of the Institute’s key fields is invited to give a lecture. The lectures are supported by the Amos Anderson Fund.
